For example, attorneys and conveyancers, accountants and financial advisers, banks and mortgage bond funders, and foreign exchange brokers. Our first recommendation is that we strongly advise that under all normal circumstances you do not appoint a professional that is under obligation to an agent or developer. We will be confident about our own list, but there's no obligation whatsoever.
   
• We can liaise and make arrangements with specialists in emigration procedures on your behalf. We're based in Cape Town, just like they are; and in the UK, just like you are, so communications are clear, effective and direct.
   
• When the purchase process has commenced, we can liaise on your behalf with the participating professionals, managing and reporting as appropriate. We will be completely pro-active - we won't ring them just because, or just after, you've rung us!
