PLOTS

Plots have defined buildings (usually houses) allocated - in terms of size, footprint, architectural style. An infrastructure context of roads and other facilities (for example a golf course and clubhouse) often already exists. So one of the key features of plots, as properties, is that the location and the future form of the future house or building; its aspect, views and orientation, can be readily appreciated - by the original purchaser or by anyone buying-on.

Purchasing plots is itself a possible short or medium-term spread investment strategy, especially if done at the very earliest stage of a development. As the development gathers momentum and substance it will naturally become a more saleable proposition overall and plot values will consequently rise.

However, many buyers purchase plots with at least an intent of building - for themselves, or to sell on as a finished house. If you wish, Frog can act as your client's representative and manage parts of, or the entire, process of commissioning an architect, contractor, landscaper and interior furnisher. [see "Services" section]

Plots of varying sizes and cost are available in coastal, beachfront, golfside and country location developments. We can find the right one to suit your particular needs.
